To increase diversity across the IT workforce and to overcome shortage of technology professionals, TECHSEWA’s Workforce Development and Training programs aims at training and creating an employable workforce globally starting from young students to experienced professionals who are new to technology and some needing upskilling or reskilling, we wish to include and train individuals of all ages including women, veterans, etc. without any discrimination whatsoever.
Apart from workforce development and training programs and initiatives, TECHSEWA aims to create globally recognized training and certification programs which will be most sought after.
